Refund & Cancellation

Quick Summary

  • Advance needed: Reservations are confirmed only after advance payment (card accepted: Maestro, Visa, MasterCard).
  • Dynamic rates: Final rate is what you confirm at booking; other offers won’t apply after payment.
  • Taxes & currency: Taxes/fees at time of stay apply; bills are charged in hotel’s local currency.
  • ID at check-in: Present confirmation voucher and valid photo ID/passport; a credit card may be required for incidentals.

Cancellation & Changes

  • How to cancel/modify: Do it through the same channel you booked (online engine auto-processes per rules; agent bookings refund via the agent).
  • Windows: Typical free-cancellation windows by total reserved nights:
    • Up to 4 nights: cancel ≥ 48 hours before arrival.
    • 4–9 nights: cancel ≥ 72 hours before arrival.
    • 9+ nights: cancel ≥ 7 days before arrival.
  • Non-refundable/promotional rates: No cancellation or changes; no refunds.
  • Early checkout / shortened stay: Charged for the entire confirmed reservation.
  • No-show: Entire reservation is cancelled and fully chargeable.
  • Modifications: Subject to availability and any rate difference at the time of change.

Refunds

  • Timeline: Refunds for eligible cancellations appear in 2–4 weeks (depends on bank/card cycles).
  • Method: Processed back to the original payment method; processing fees or policy rules may apply.
  • If not confirmed: Any pre-authorization is released; bank may take 2–4 weeks to reflect it.

Stay & Occupancy

  • Check-in / Check-out: 2:00 PM / 12:00 Noon (early/late subject to availability and prior confirmation).
  • Occupancy: Max 2 guests per room by default; extra person charged if room permits.
  • Children: Up to 5 years free with parents (no extra bed). 5–12 years charged extra. 12+ charged as adults.

Other Notes

  • We may modify or cancel reservations in case of suspected fraud, errors, or misuse.
  • Special requests (e.g., airport pick-up) are subject to availability and prior intimation.
  • Keep your confirmation voucher; it may be required at check-in.
  • Payment security: Personal and card data are protected with current security technology.
